Safety Training & Tracing, Inc. (ST&T) has been a leader in health, safety, security and environmental training and development since 1991. ST&T specializes in health, safety, security and environmental consulting, customized site-specific training development and delivery, record management and support services.

With over 30+ years of industrial experience and proven consistent leadership, ST&T makes a difference by being dependable, always delivering above and beyond client expectations, and being an integral partner in the process. ST&T strives to provide quality service, products and people in order to effectively make your organization stand out above the others.

Deann Mantich is President and Mike Mantich is Chief Technical Officer of the corporation. Deann and Mike are both very involved in the day-to-day business activities and are readily available to their employees and clients.

Over the years, ST&T has worked with and provided services for several Fortune 500 companies including BP North America, Unilever North America, U.S. Steel, Whiting Clean Energy, Ford Motor Company, USF Logistics, Clean Harbors (formerly Safety-Kleen) and Cargill as well as many other smaller organizations.

Safety Training & Tracing, Inc., is a member of the Northwest Indiana Business Round Table (NWIBRT), National Safety Council, Hoosier Safety Council and has employee memberships in the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation.

In our many years of experience with companies and contractors, we have come to know many of the Host Companies and Contractor Companies and the people that work for them. They are familiar with our company, the work that we do and have built professional relationships with our employees.
